1975:
The Eagles started their 5-week run at No. 1 on the US charts with "One Of These Nights".
Van McCoy and The Soul City went to No. 1 on the US singles chart with "The Hustle".
1980:
US disco group Odyssey were at No. 1 in the UK with "Use It Up And Wear It Out".
The Rolling Stones started a seven week run at No. 1 on the US album chart with "Emotional Rescue". The single off of that album:
1986:
Peter Gabriel went to No. 1 on the US singles charts with "Sledgehammer".
1997:
Puff Daddy and Faith Evans went back to No. 1 on the UK singles chart with "I'll Be Missing You".
